Stareway Films began with the dream of making feature-length movies and grew into an Austin film production and rental company built around storytelling, production logistics, and practical filmmaking tools.

Stareway Films was created by Oscar Garcia Chavez, who studied Film Production at Full Sail University, acting and screenwriting at NYFA in Los Angeles, coding at Austin Coding Academy, and finance through Wharton coursework. The company combines creative storytelling with organized production systems, rental support, and digital tools for filmmakers.

Oscar has written, directed, and produced short films, commercial projects, music videos, and YouTube channel content.
